Oh! What a Beautiful Baby!

Kira is growing so quickly. She is now smiling, talking and putting everything (including her thumb, tee hee) in her mouth. She loves to play in her jumper. We are so blessed to have her at our home everyday while Kirstin is working. She is so much fun!

Winter Wonderland!

I couldn't resist taking a picture this morning....it was so beautiful. It was crisp and cool, the sun was bright and the snow was sparkly. There is nothing as pure and peaceful as a sunny winter day.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILLY......THE BIG 5-0!

Today is Bill's 50th birthday. We went up to Grandpa and Mindy's for a family party on Sunday. We had lots of good food and even better company. We have the best family in the world! Bill is trying to lay low but I have a feeling that he is in for lots of surprises today! Honey, you are the best husband, dad and grandpa ever. WE LOVE YOU!

The Birthday Boy is Smiling! Happy Birthday DADDY-O!

FINAL SCORE TELLS IT ALL...UTES #1

GO UTES!

WOW! What a great time we had at the Sugar Bowl. We left on Tues., Dec. 30. We stayed at the team hotel. Bill spent his time shadowing the team. He loves it. Austin spent a lot of time hanging out with the Whittingham kids. He loved that. And I was able to do some of the activities with the coaches wives which was a blast. One day we meant at a restaurant and decorated parasol's with Utah Spirit and then walked in a parade down the French Quarter throwing beads like Mardi Gras. It was so much fun. The icing on the cake was the game.....I don't know what to say other than Utah stunned Alabama. They didn't know what hit them when we were ahead 21-0 in the first quarter. Utah won 31-17. I'll let the pictures tell the story. It was an experience we will never forget! Oh...I must mention....the players had the initials of Elder Wirthlin, JPW, on their helmets in memory of him and his life long love of Utah football. I never thought I'd say this but I think he was with the whole program.....I know Heavenly Father probably let him watch. I know that he was so proud of the way they not only played but how Kyle and the whole team exemplified true sportsmanship and integrity on and off the field!
Outside Cafe Du Monde...waiting for Beignets.
