Elder McNabb

Elder McNabb is loving his mission.  In one of his last emails he said that he loved it so much that he would marry it if he could.  He also said that he wished he could stay on his mission for 14 years! Now, that's a bit too long. (: He sent home the card from his camera so here are some pictures.  I can't identify all of the people in them but this gives you a little look into his mission and how happy he is.  We are so grateful for his faithful service and his desire to be obedient.
We love you Elder McNabb!

Congratulations Jessica & Jake!

Oh! What a beautiful bride!  Jessica Seppi and Jake Peterson were married on Sat., September 1.  They were married in the Episcopal Church.  Kirstin was a brides maid and Kira was the flower girl.  They both were beautiful. They had their reception at the Country Club afterward.  It was so much fun to be with family.  Kurt said it best in his toast to Jess and Jake.  He said, "I told Ann that it wasn't about getting around too talk to all of our friends and family here.  It is about those who mean the most to us, our friends and family, being all together enjoying each other and celebrating this wonderful time with us." They had a dance and you know who was first out on the dance floor...Erin.  She had a wonderful time....in fact, we all did.
Many happy years to Jessica and Jake!

I think they are happy don't you!

Let the Season Begin.....Go Thunderbirds!

One of the best things about fall is FOOTBALL.  Griff transferred to Southern Utah this year so we are Thunderbirds.  Their first game was in Logan against Utah St.  I had T-shirts made for Kira, Branson and Kalli so that they could cheer for Uncle Griff.  So many family and friends came to support Griffin. It was so much fun.  We lost 35-3.  Oh well, we will get the next one!  Whatever the outcome, we will be Griff's #1 fans.

We LOVE girls camp!

One of the best things about summer is GIRLS CAMP.  I think in the 28 years we have lived in this ward, I have been to girls camp at least 20 of those years.  This is a year I didn't get to go.  It was ward camp.  Erin had a great time.  She spent most of one day in the "mud pots".  We couldn't get her swimming suit clean so we had to throw it away.  So grateful for leaders that take time to make memories for our girls!

One, two, three....jump.  Erin is on the far end.
Camp would not be camp without skit night.
We are so blessed to live in such a wonderful ward.

Welcome Back.....to School!

It's the time of year I dread all summer......back to school!  I love having them home.  The kids all seem to be ready to have a routine and be back with friends. Jordan even was ready to go back if you can believe it. It's Josh and Jords last year in middle school.  Erin is a sophomore. Where does time go?
Kirstin is embarking on a new adventure.....cosmetology school at ISU.  We are so proud of her! And the best part is Kira and I get to play everyday!
Who would have thought they would be so different in height?   Jordan and Josh (13)

Kirstin.........a college co-ed for sure.
