Do we look at the glass half empty or half full???? The game with Cal was not what anyone expected. We came out flat and couldn't do anything. We had way too many turnovers and not much offense at all. That is looking at the glass half empty. But....now for looking at it half full....we did get to see my ole' college roommate Karen. We met her and her husband, Bill, for lunch before the game. She brought some pictures from when we were at BYU. They were pretty funny!
The game was played at Giants Stadium right on the bay. It was a beautiful day....80 degrees and so sunny. We looked out from the stadium at the sail boats in the bay. It was awesome. Karen invited us to sit in the box she was in. It was a "Cal" box but we cheered our hearts out for the Utes. Didn't do much good....Darn it!
The ole' roommies.....so many fun memories!
