July 31, 2015
I received the call that I never expected and feared most receiving. At about 10 am on July 31, 2015 I received a call from the assisted living center that mom was living at that my she had passed away in her sleep. Although it was a shock, I felt such peace knowing that she was reunited with my dad and my sister. What a wonderful reunion that was! As much as I miss her....everyday....I am so grateful she doesn't have to lay in that bed each day all day long and have pain in her hip and neck. I know my mom loved me with all of her being. She was always there for me and my biggest fan. She knew me better than anyone and loved me anyway. I can feel her with me at times and it is such a comfort. I know that we will see each other again. I am so grateful for that testimony.
I think about you everyday MOM.
I love, love, love you!
