Last summer we built a fire pit. Nine months later we were able to use it! In June, we had a terrible fire on the west side of Pocatello. Twenty plus homes burned down. There was a no fire order for all of Bannock County for the rest of the summer and fall. We did burn our Christmas boxes and paper on Christmas in the fire pit but it was so cold and windy no one stayed outside for long. So....nine months after it was finished we had our first official hot dog/smore fire. Griffin, Whit, Ryan, Cait and the girls were here. It was a beautiful spring day. It got us all excited for summer!
