SUU vs New Mexico Highlands

Game #3...SUU vs New Mexico Highlands

This was SUU's first home game.  New Mexico Highlands is a team that a lot of D-1 players transfer to when they have to leave a bigger school because of grades, etc.  It was close at first but in the second half SUU pulled away.  The final score was 45-23.  Bill, Dave, Roxanne and I drove down together.  The game wasn't until 6 pm so the drive home was brutal but we had the Utah vs BYU game to listen to.  It was an exciting finish with Utah winning by 3.....that kept us awake!

I feel like I'm at "Little Utah" here at SUU.  The colors and the mascot are pretty much the same!
